Disaster strikes? I live in Baltimore and there is no parking due to the resent snows. Most businesses have plenty of parking, yet I saw a Dollar General Store having people towed, the same people who have keep this business going. Look at gas price gouging in New Orleans during the flood. Those people bought gas there every day but when the chips were down
