I wouldn’t recommend it. At the very least the flight attendant will ask you to return to your seat. But more than likely, the flight marshall will think you are attempting to gain access to the cockpit and hold you for questioning after you land. trvllady

Only if you want the hassle of flight attendants telling you to move back to coach or be charged for it when you land. I get this sometimes at the airline where I work and we usually end up having to call the cops. DRL

First, Business will be full on Emirates, Second, I’m sure you think the flight attendants are bunch of no-brain bimbos and couldn’t possibly notice a person in a seat that was previously not occupied. Don’t tempt the air marshall. You will be questioned if you try this– you want that on your record? Go for it!! sa2fansong

NO, if you did not pay to sit in business class, the flight attendants will kick you out, even if the whole thing is empty cmarketa323

I wouldn´t do that, even when there´s a slim chance you can find an empty seat in Emirates.
I´ve heard so many cases where people are delivered to authorities when they land just because they raise suspicious intentions. It could mean hours of disposal to the authorities (if you´re lucky) just because you tried to be smart enough and get a better seat.

    Not worthy dude, really. marcopilott
