I want to find a business to share my dog daycare with. Is anyone interested?

I already have a groomer and a trainer. I would like to find other pet businesses to share my space with, it is a large 7,500 sq ft business. Does anyone want to open or expand their pet business in the Toms River, NJ area? I am open to suggestions too, on what type of businesses might be fun in a dog daycare for those who don’t have a business.
