I’ve never had a job that paid enough for me to be able to invest. I don’t want to wait much longer to start my business; I’m not young any more. (My mid life crises?) The business will only have start-up costs, then it would be self sustaining.

My husband and two other friends have a possible backer wanting to invest in the start up of a business. It is a few million dollars involved. (THAT SCARES THE HE!! OUT OF ME)
My husband has 27 years in his trade. He and his friends in the last two years have been involved in the management and numbers side of the business. He looks to hire a minimum of 20 experienced people.
My question is…Where do they start with this?
