“Dynamic” is a recent entrant into the automobile manufacturing industry in the USA. Initially, the firm receives its supplies and manufactures its vehicles within the US. Although nationalistic consumers in the US reacted favorably to this strategy, Dynamic’s bottom line was down. As a business analyst, outline why the company’s profitability is low and how international expansion may assist in heightening profits in the future.

Please provide any points you consider relevant to this case.

Thank You.

a11city asked:

I want to open up a small business retail boutique selling
designer streetwear, artwork, music, and the like early next year.

What should my first steps be?
What do I do if I want to carry a clothing line in my store?
Profits are not a main concern, but how do I stay in business for awhile and work towards opening other stores?

Please help a young entrepreneur out.

Thanks.

My husband would like to start up his own tree stump grinding and tree trimming business, but all of the small business loans we have investigated require proof of one year profits. We would need a small business loan in order to purchase the equipment necessary to begin the business. Are there loans for this?

Any good tips for home based business without costing a lot to start?

Does anyone have any good tips for a good money making home based business that can be started up with little or no cash investment? If you have something fresh I would appreciate hearing about it. I’ve heard all the old tired ones that have been around forever. Most want you to invest $ to get started so that’s their home based business, getting other people to join. If there is a true can’t miss system out there it seems like they would want to share it and have you pay as you reap the profits, in other words, no risk because if it doesn’t do what they boast, you aren’t out anything except time. PS…. no artsy stuff as I’m a single guy so not into gurly stuff.

When these shirts get sold ($40 for a shirt for example), and the t-shirt is paid for, how is the money split among the two who is running the business?

I’ve been filing a business write-off on my personal taxes. How do I close out the business on my tax return?

I am a writer who has filed business write-offs on my personal tax return for 5 years as per the law. I have not made profits in those years. I have been advised by my accountant that tax regulations do not favor my continuing to file business write-off because I have not made a profit so should close out the writing business. How do I go about filing my taxes now? Do I just ignore the past years write offs as thought they were never deductions?
