Nothing excites prospects more than receiving flyers one to one with an incentive included therein to test out your service; the more personalised and customised your service is, the better. ksr

    Letter box drop
Go around in area where busy parents live or the elderly or the wealthy areas.
Have you got a local paper put a add in,if new client put a 10% off if they produce the add, make sure you say only one per house hold.Magnets are a great Idea , people get lazy to look up the phone book. The place they look is where they put the magnet(usually the fridge). When looking at a business look at people are lazy (they may not be). Like drive through food,if it was allowable I think some people would drive up to the counter.Good Luck Kaye B

I do freelance public relations work. Here’s an article I just wrote on FREE ways to market a reverse mortgage business. You can do the same tips and create a niche! Become your community’s expert in the field. I hope you can get some good ideas: Sheryl

I clean small offices (see my Profile for links). I have a few thoughts for you. First, referrals are the easiest and usually the most rewarding for increasing your business. Make up a nice letter for your existing customers, pointing out why you are the best. Then ask them to fill out the form you included with friends and associates your customer thinks might be interested in your services. Give your customers an incentive for doing so, like a one time discounted or free something if their referral signs on.
If you don’t already have a vinyl wrap on your vehicle(s) get one. It’s a mobile billboard that people read everywhere you drive, park or are waiting in traffic.
Fliers can be effective if targeted. Don’t put them in mailboxes-I think that’s against the law in the USA. Post them where you want to get customers and where people who can afford you frequent. Bert R
