    Now I’m Lebanese and I have been to Lebanon, Beirut many many times. Adn they basically have everything. I know if you live in Beirut this isnt the best idea, but have you considered moving to one of the more…basic towns? Like Syria and opening an lets say Italian resteraunt. Resteraunt are good for Lebanon because they love food. Its also a good idea because you want to make a resteraunt with cultural foods because in places like Syria/Tyre/ect. they have very few resteraunt that serve Italian kinds of food. But, if you do this in Beirut, remmeber tourist from around the country go to Beirut so they’ve had this food. If you decide to stay in Beirut try making a retseraunt of all lebanese food and make the resteraunt that theme. To show the tourist this is what Lebanon is like/about. You could make the walls painted like the Mediterrean. The tables could be round with red cloth. The chairs could be low to the ground. Have nice decorations on the walls as well. Maybe some nice paintings. I would definatly eat at a place that was Lebanese themed if I were a tourist! Miko
